- Venue Access: Exclusive use of The Ballery for one evening (up to 4 hours, including setup and breakdown)
- Instrument: Use of our Boston Grand Piano
- Audience Capacity: Comfortable seating for up to 40 guests
- Hosting Service: Dedicated on-site host for welcoming guests and managing event flow
- Wine Service: 12 bottles of wine included for guest enjoyment (glasses & basic service provided)

Standard Rental Package: €950 (incl. VAT)
Bookings are available on select evenings. Early reservation recommended.
📄 Terms & Conditions
- Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the date.
- Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will be refunded minus the deposit.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
- Use of Piano
- The Boston Grand Piano must be handled with care.
- Only professional or competent pianists may perform.
- Any damage to the instrument will be assessed and charged to the renter.
- Alcohol Consumption
- 12 bottles of wine are included; no outside alcohol permitted.
- The Ballery reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
- Guests must be over 18 to consume alcohol.
- Venue Capacity
- Maximum of 40 seated guests. Standing room not permitted due to space and safety limitations.
- Time & Access
- Venue access is for up to 4 hours total (including setup and breakdown).
- Extra time may be billed at €100/hour, subject to availability.
- Responsibility
- The renter is responsible for guest behavior and any damages caused during the rental period.
- The Ballery is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Public events may be promoted through The Ballery’s channels upon request.
- Private events will not be publicized unless agreed upon.
- Cleaning
- Basic cleaning is included. Additional cleaning due to excessive mess may incur a fee.
